Guido Subotovsky brings over 17 years of experience in Real Estate Development in New York City. Since founding Azimuth in 2009, Guido has endeavored to develop over 1,500 units of Affordable and Market Rate Housing. His hands on approach to the site identification and entitlement process positions Azimuth’s projects to maximize the benefits they can provide to their respective communities. Mr. Subotovsky is a graduate of the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree and jumped directly into the world of Affordable Housing.
