Concourse Village West Apartments is a large-scale development just south of 161st Street in the South Bronx. The complex consists of three buildings – 702 Grand Concourse, and 707 and 747 Concourse Village West – and a total of 275 units of mixed-income housing. The buildings have ground floor retail space and community facilities, as well as on-site parking. Concourse Village West was a result of a site specific rezoning, and is one of the rare new developments to rise near the Grand Concourse historic district.
