The Bedford is an 80,000 square foot mixed-income building, located in the Norwood neighborhood of the Bronx at 3160 Webster Avenue. The building includes 60 units for families that meet the Area Median Income requirements, as well as 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The Bedford is part of The New York City Department of City Planning’s recently completed Webster Avenue Rezoning Project.
