This nine-story Harlem property, exclusively serves unhoused youth between the ages of 18 and 25 in an LGBTQ-affirming community. The site consists of 51 units, 50 of which are covered by the City’s 15/15 Rental Assistance Program, in addition to one manager unit. In partnership with Homeward NYC, the housing development also provides young residents with a range of services, including mental health and counseling support, job placement, and courses that help build life skills in budgeting, building credit, and cooking. The building includes a community room, gym, library/computer room, landscaped outdoor space and ample office space.
