Intervale Independent Seniors

Intervale Independent Seniors is a 48 unit, 55 and older development located in the Hunts Point Section of the Bronx. The project is targeted towards low and very low income senior residents. This project, one of the first of its kind in the Bronx, is being built with assistance from the New York City Housing Development Corporation as well as the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

Morris Court

Building A

Morris Court, Building A is part of a large scale development in the South Bronx. This portion of the development consists of 100 units of mixed income housing, paired with ground floor retail and underground parking. The development is one of the first to come to fruition as a result of the Lower Concourse re-zoning, which was completed by the Department of City Planning in 2010.

Building B

Morris Court, Building B is the second half of the Morris Court development in the South Bronx. Building B consists of 101 units of mixed income housing with a ground floor Day Care center and underground parking. Financing was provided by the New York City Housing Development Corporation.

Hudson Vistas

Hudson Vistas is a 25 unit Senior housing community located in the Village of Ossining, in Westchester County. The property sits perched upon a cliff with expansive Hudson River Views. The development will be targeting individuals, age 55 and older, earning 60% or less of the Westchester County Area Median Income

The Bedford

Construction Start Date: October 2014

Estimated Completion Date: Fall 2015

The Bedford is a proposed mixed use, mixed income development in the Norwood section of the Bronx. The project will include 60 units of mixed income housing for families, as well as 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The Bedford is part of The New York City Department of City Planning's recently completed Webster Avenue Re-zoning.

1755 Watson Avenue

Construction Start Date: 2016

   

1755 Watson Avenue is a planned mixed income development located in the Soundview section of the Bronx. Currently in the midst of a re-zoning, 1755 Watson Avenue will consist of over 250 units of mixed income housing with a 20,000 square foot retail space. Construction is expected to commence in 2016.

231 W 26th Street

Construction Start Date: September 2015

Completion Date: January 2017

231 W 26th Street is a boutique condominium project, located between 7th and 8th Avenue in Chelsea. Upon completion, the building would consist of seven floor-through units, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Units will feature private elevator access in to the apartments, as well as outdoor space.

99 Morningside

Construction Start Date: June 2015

Completion Date: February 2017

99 Morningside will consist of 22 luxury units, ranging in size from 1-4 Bedrooms and 560-2300 square feet. The apartments will feature top of the line finishes and equipment. Many of the apartments will have large outdoor spaces overlooking Morningside park. Building amenities will include a roof deck, gym, attended lobby, and a children's play room. Construction commenced in the Spring of 2015.

321 E 60th Street

Construction Start Date: September 2015

Estimated Completion Date: January 2017

321 E 60th Street is a 21 unit development located on East 60th Street, between First and Second Avenue in Manhattan. Developed under the NYC Inclusionary Housing Program, the project will be 100% affordable in an area that has seen soaring housing costs.
